By using the Bright Kapitune platform — including browsing public pages, creating an account or joining the affiliate access programme — you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept any part of them, you must not use the platform. Continuing to access the service after an amendment takes effect confirms your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Bright Kapitune provides digital finance information services, including current crypto-market data, independent analysis, selected reporting, structured educational resources and an affiliate access programme. Bright Kapitune is not a broker, does not custody digital assets and does not execute transactions for users. Platform content is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor is it an offer or solicitation to buy or sell a digital asset.
Digital assets may fluctuate sharply and you could lose part or all of the money you commit. Past performance is not a reliable guide to future results, and market information or analytical features cannot eliminate investment risk. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and for assessing whether information from Bright Kapitune is appropriate for your aims, risk tolerance and location. If you need advice specific to your situation, consult a suitably qualified financial adviser.
Some features are available only to account holders who provide information that is accurate, complete and kept up to date. Keep your sign-in details secure and accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account. Service availability, particularly for connections to regulated external brokers, may differ between jurisdictions; these third-party features are not available to US citizens or residents. Where access is restricted, the registration flow will indicate this.
You may not use the platform to (a) engage in unlawful, misleading or damaging activity, (b) defeat or probe security controls without authorisation, (c) reproduce, commercialise or misrepresent Bright Kapitune content, (d) suggest that you speak for Bright Kapitune or its staff, or (e) circulate material — including affiliate content — that makes fabricated performance claims, omits required risk disclosures or contains advertising that conflicts with the laws in your jurisdiction.
The platform’s written material, interface design, trademarks, software, dashboards and analysis are covered by intellectual-property rights belonging to Bright Kapitune or its licensors. Account users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal research or, where applicable, professional research. Affiliate members may additionally reuse expressly authorised content assets in line with the affiliate agreement.
The platform is made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Kapitune disclaims warranties and is not liable for losses arising from crypto-market changes, reliance on informational content or technical issues outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits liability where applicable law prohibits that removal or limitation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and the date of its latest revision will remain published on this page. If a material change is made, registered users may be notified through the platform or by email. Using the platform after an amendment becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
